In the middle of a road trip, my wife and I realized that our car was leaking coolant. We stopped here later in the day, and even though they were pretty busy and couldn't do a full check, the owner still took time to look at the engine to make sure nothing major was wrong. He gave us some advice to avoid overheating the car until they could look at it the next day. When we returned, it only took them 1 hour to diagnose AND fix the problem. We were back on the road much earlier than we anticipated, and the charge was extremely reasonable. If we lived in the area we would be customers for life.
