The lady there was very knowledgeable and helpful with my pet care questions.
I just bought one of there $20.99 dog toys and it had a heavy smell of mothballs coming from the ball/edible treat and when I tried to return to the Agway, not more than 20 minutes after purchase, and they would not return this dog toy because the packaging was damaged and they could not “re-sell” it and they would be out the cost they put into it. I don’t know if this is what the product is supposed to smell like but I do not know who would give this toy to their dog smelling the way it does and why they would even consider to re-sell. I would not give this to my dog and now the product is in the trash. I buy my dog food there once a month and toys and treats almost weekly and I will not shop there any longer. It took me a whole 5 minutes to e-mail the manufacturer and have them send me a new one. They never offered to replace it and they were more considered with saving a few dollars then keeping a customer or well-being of my pet.
Great place for feed and supplies for all animals. They will order in anything you need if it isn't on their shelf and they carry the full line of Poulin Grain. The people who work there all know animals (they have dog experts, cat experts, horse experts and livestock experts...people who actually have animals work in the store). I have horses and goats and they are indispensable to me.
